Just Practice Yoga is not your average yoga community; we believe that yoga is a lifelong practice that is woven into everything we do, and we approach it with a sense of humility and curiosity. For us, yoga isn’t just a physical practice but a way of life - a path or tool to finding balance in this wild world.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to significantly improve the well-being of current and aspiring yogis like you. How do we plan to achieve this grand mission, you ask? Well, it's a magical blend of education, practice, and community support that sets us apart. We exchange knowledge, foster the practice of yoga, and create a platform for our community members to lift each other higher.

    Kira, teacher and founder of Just Practice Yoga, discovered her love of teaching whilst working in the events industry, and experienced the benefits of community building first-hand.

  • Private yoga classes provide a unique opportunity to work with our teachers one-on-one.

    Every session provides a balance of mantra, asana (physical practice), meditation, breathwork, and yogic philosophy. Our teachers will tailor the session's theme and practice around your specific needs and requests.
